What happens next

1. We register your request in our internal system.
2. We check availability, price and terms, including the total amount payable before you confirm any purchase.
3. We send the electronic contract and pre-contract information required by the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.
4. You confirm in writing before any payment is taken.

Your rights and how to complain

You are entitled to clear, timely information about the service, price, terms and provider before you buy, under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991.

For tourism services, the provider must be registered in the unified register of tour operators and must give you the required information before the trip under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995.
