Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy forms part of the electronic contract concluded under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 and is provided with the pre-trip information required by the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995.

2. Cancellation by the traveller

• More than 30 days before departure: full refund less documented third-party costs already incurred.
• 15–30 days: refund of 70% of the package price.
• 7–14 days: refund of 50% of the package price.
• Fewer than 7 days or no-show: refund only of taxes and fees not yet paid to suppliers; the service fee is not refundable.

3. Cancellation by the operator

If we cancel a confirmed tour, you may take a full refund of all amounts paid or a replacement package of equal value. Refunds follow Section 4.

4. Refunds and fees

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of our written confirmation. Provider bank charges are deducted. Refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.

6. Complaints and applicable law

Your rights arise under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991. Complaints may be sent to us directly or to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 4116-IX of 6 December 2024.
