Welcome to frezkorean.com. These terms govern your use of our website and services, including tour bookings. We operate as PE, registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU 80795302), at Office 5, Business Center 'Europe', 15 Volodymyrska Street, Kyiv, 01034, Ukraine.
1. General Provisions
These Terms comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991, the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015, and the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995.
2. Booking and Electronic Contract
Booking constitutes an electronic contract. Before confirming, you will receive clear information about the tour, price, and terms. We publish our full name, registration, location, and contacts as required by Law No. 675-VIII.
3. Prices, Payment, and Advertising
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not use misleading advertising, including false discounts, per the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996. Payment methods are shown at checkout.
4. Liability
We are liable for the proper performance of the tour. For complaints, contact us using the details below. You may also appeal to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Nothing limits your statutory rights under Law No. 1023-XII.
5. Personal Data
We process personal data, including cookies, with your consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 4116-IX of 6 December 2024. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts, subject to consumer protection rules.
